  1. Hi Bill, I worked as Medical Rep for Fawns and McCallan in New Zealand about this time ?? mid 70s. I remember they got in a real state because I ended up living with an Indian meditating group ion Auckland! Looking at your pics, it all seemed pretty crazy over in Sydney!! Angie

    1. Wow, there are some ex F&M people out there! Thanks for making contact Angie, I must admit I didn't even give NZ a thought.
Yes it was sometimes a little crazy over here, the photos show some of the light-hearted moments. We only had a team of about 6-8 sales team and a max of 4 warehouse staff (at the end only me), but a fairly big turnover of staff meant there was a lot of personalities.
I was only 16 when I started and 42 when I left so a good part of my life was spent there, and as I had all these memories I thought I put them together on my blog, which is still has a bit to be added.
Just one thing on crazy, we had someone go out to move their car one day and they never came back, actually we hade another 3 or 4 go home never to come back again.
I often think of all those I worked with at F&M, both in Sydney, Brisbane and head office in Clayton Vic, and wonder where they are. I did make contact with Brian Fleiter (he was now in his 80's) a couple of years ago but that's been it until your comment on my blog.
Hope you keep watching and hope others might see it and make contact. Thanks again Angie.
      Bill
