Time to get away before the sedentary period that will be coming up after the 26th May when I will have my prostrate removed.

Camden Haven River and North Brother Mountain.
Camden Haven breakwater was first built in the late 1890's. |

There's more in that stomach than there will be at the end of the month. |

A Striated Heron (Mangrove Heron) puts up with the rain
but, eventually catches a snack (right). |

Tacking Point Lighthouse is Australia's third oldest lighthouse.
It was built about 8 kilometres south of Port Macquarie in 1879. |
|
Only 3 people thought it might be fun on this very rough, windy day. |
|
Gloriosa superba or Glory Lily (nasty weed). I found this growing alongside the breakwall. |
|
It (Glory Lily) became its own wreath. |

The Trial Bay Gaol was established in 1876 as an experimental Public Works Gaol. Work started in 1877, but was not completed until 1886, partly due to difficulties in working the hard stone. |
|
Severe storms and increasing costs had seen only some 300 metres of the planned 1500 metre break wall completed. |
|
And this wasn't even a severe storm. |
|
You can smile, you didn't have to work on the wall. |

Big seas didn't worry the Silver Gull. |
